Our team is made up of passionate, certified professionals dedicated to helping you move, feel, and live better. Each of us brings a unique approach to fitness, wellness, and motivation—so whether you're new to working out or a seasoned athlete, you're in the right hands.


  • Co-Founder, Personal Fitness Trainer

    Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, I quickly recognized that athletics would be my pathway to higher education. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the impact of unhealthy lifestyles on those around me, which fueled my dedication to health, discipline, and physical development. This commitment led me to excel on the football field and in the weight room at Huntington Beach High School, ultimately earning a scholarship offer to play football at the University of Hawaii.

    Although I was honored by the opportunity, I made the difficult decision to stay home and support my family during a critical time. I continued my athletic journey at Golden West College, where I played football for two more years and discovered my passion for coaching and helping others achieve their fitness and performance goals.

    I earned my NASM certification in personal training and began working at Huntington Beach High School as the Defensive Coordinator and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. In this role, I’ve had the privilege of training athletes across football, swim, water polo, and basketball programs. Over the years, I’ve helped develop multiple athletes into NCAA Division I football players and numerous collegiate-level water polo athletes.

    My coaching philosophy is built on the belief that at the next level, talent is a given—what sets elite athletes apart is their mastery of technique and development of power through strategic training. This isn’t about lifting heavy for the sake of it; it’s about designing personalized, goal-oriented programs that cater to each individual’s needs—whether that’s increasing explosive power, achieving weight loss, or building lean muscle.

    Through years of experience, I’ve created a results-driven framework that optimizes athletic performance. I’m passionate about sharing this approach and helping individuals unlock their full potential.

    I was introduced to the gym at a young age by my father and started lifting heavy at 15 for high school football. Our workouts focused on maximizing weight and eating as much as possible to build size.

    In college, my strength and conditioning coach followed the same philosophy—lift heavy and refine sprint mechanics for speed. At my peak, I weighed 235 pounds, bench-pressed 405, squatted 505, power cleaned 375, and ran a 4.75-second 40-yard dash. Essentially, I trained like a powerlifter for two years before realizing that lifting heavy doesn’t directly translate to football performance—explosive power does.

    In my final season, I deviated from my coach’s program, prioritizing plyometrics and explosive movements with a focus on pliability. This shift dropped my weight to 225 and made me more explosive and effective than ever—until a knee injury tore every ligament in my knee.

    Post-football, I faced a long recovery and applied my knowledge of smart, explosive training to my next journey: MMA. Through a balanced diet, optimized weightlifting, and an emphasis on cardio, I achieved the best shape of my life, cutting down to a lean 185 pounds and excelling in martial arts.

    All of this while working a demanding job at JP Morgan, waking up at 4:50 AM to lift and doing cardio after work at 8:00 PM. My goal is to share this lifestyle and prove that anyone can achieve their fitness goals—even with a demanding career.
